"Lynda was originally hired as my Executive Assistant and Manager of our Zurich Office. It quickly became apparent that her skill set was greater tha I expected and she was an excellent event organizer. Consequently she took over responsibility from our outside suppliers for our European events projects.

As my Executive Assistant her work was excellent and she as exceptional at making complex travel arrangements, arranging executive meetings and screedingin executive correspondence. "YPO (Young Presidents Organization) is the global platform for chief executives to engage, learn and grow. YPO globally has more than 26,000 members in more than 130 countries, diversified among industries and types of businesses. Altogether, YPO member-run companies employ 21 million people and generate USD 9 trillion in annual revenues.

YPO Greater Europe (YPO GE) is pan-European branch of YPO, tasked with running educational and personal growth programmes for its members.

During a typical year, YPO GE would hold four 3-day sessions with all members present. In each of those there were educational programs, historical and cultural elements mixed with networking and self-growth opportunities. Each of the sessions would be held in a different European city and have a unique theme around them.

Additionally, there were many more smaller gatherings - forum retreats, meetings within YPO global and regional conferences etc.

It was Mrs. Brandt's task to administratively support each of the sessions, coaching volunteers running it, helping put together a budget for the events, managing payments, managing contracts for the events, preparing reports to the volunteer board members, running registration for the events, managing the YPO GE Chapter website and Facebook group, managing YPO GE intranet and communications channels, communicating important chapter news, onboarding new members, overseeing and managing the Chapters finances including the bank account, supporting member enrolment and renewal, coaching and training Chapters member volunteers and seeing that the Chapter fulfilled all required management quality control metrics.

Lynda did an outstanding work for YPO GE from 2014 to 2018, performing all those tasks and more very well. Although naturally complex due to distance and time pressures as well as custom built character of the events, with Lynda's help the chapter was run smoothly and the events were always fabulous, allowing YPO GE to achieve gold chapter status - a mark of excellence within YPO.

As a Learning Officer of YPO GE, it was my pleasure to be involved first-hand with Mrs. Brandt. I would highly recommend Mrs. Lynda Brandt for many complex positions.
